Graduate of the Lebanese American University with a BA in Communication Arts, Rola pursued her studies in Film Production and got a Master degree in Strategy and Cultural Development from the University of Avignon (France). She worked at some of the main cultural institutions of the country: Agenda Culturel, Beirut Theatre, The British Council, Zico House, Beirut DC and Bidayyat for Audiovisual Arts.

She is currently working with Clown Me In.

She has been working for nearly 25 years in the Cultural Management and managed a number of cultural and artistic projects.
